David Apperly (MA, MRICS) Chairman since 1997 and a member of the Board since 1991. He also works as a consultant for Kinney Green, London based Chartered Surveyors, and advises private investors and small property companies.

Rachel Azcona (BSc) joined the Board in 2008. She has over 20 years experience in marketing and commercial strategy development for a global Blue Chip company.

David Fletcher (FRICS) is also Chairman of Fletcher King plc Chartered Surveyors. He has over 45 years experience in property fund and asset management advising a wide range of clients and pension funds.

Ben Holt joined the Board in 1971. He retired from the Latsis Group of Geneva Companies where he headed up their Property Management and Investment Division.

Richard Merriam (FRICS) joined the Board in 2007. He has over 30 years experience in the commercial property investment market and he is a partner at MBH LLP, the Chartered Surverying practice which he established.

David Stephenson (FCA, CTA, FloD) Finance Director and Company Secretary. Joined the Board in 1980. He has over 30 years experience as a Partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants, working with a range of clients, including those in the property sector. He has recently become a consultant to the firm.

Alison Winkfield has been a Board Director since 1997. Her professional experience is primarily in the travel industry and she is a Director of Winkfield Property Management Ltd.
